My key highlight from today’s event has been the fact that every speaker, in their own way, reinforced that it’s all about the value you, as a team, deliver. Whatever structure works for you or your organisation, you have to remain focused on the output and make sure you’re delivering value.

Another key takeaway for me is that AI has come to stay. People say AI has come to take our jobs. Yes, it may, and yes, it may not. But AI is an enabler that each and every one of us should maximise.

I was here last year, I’m here today, and hopefully, I’m going to be here next year.

You should shift everything left and, as much as possible, put things and policies in place from the beginning to avoid mishaps later on.
